Copyright Complaints and Copyright Agent (a) Termination of Repeat Infringer Accounts: Profit Seeker Pro respects intellectual property rights and may terminate users’ access to the Software if they repeatedly infringe upon third-party copyrights.
(b) DMCA TakeDown Notices: If you believe materials on the Software infringe your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA notification, including specified information, in writing to Profit Seeker Pro via the Customer support contact form.
(c) Counter-Notices: If your user content is removed but you believe it is non-infringing, you can send a counter-notice containing specific details to Profit Seeker Pro. If Profit Seeker Pro receives such a counter-notice, it may reinstate the removed content at its discretion.

Refunds Profit Seeker Pro will grant a full refund of the Software payment under normal circumstances if requested within five (5) business days of payment from the same email address used for registration. If third-party actions render the Software non-functional, Profit Seeker Pro is not responsible for refunds, losses, or damages.
Warranty Disclaimer The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied. Profit Seeker Pro disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, and non-infringement. Profit Seeker Pro does not guarantee perpetual, uninterrupted, or error-free access to, or operation of, the Software. General Terms If any part of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force. Profit Seeker Pro’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce it later. These Terms of Use survive any termination. Any cause of action related to these Terms of Use must commence within one year.
These Terms of Use and Software use are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Profit Seeker Pro may assign these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You may not assign rights or obligations under these terms without Profit Seeker Pro’s written consent.
